CATD (Center for awareness, Training & Development) is Training & consultancy based organization, aims and objectives are to work towards a cohesive society, believe in the empowerment of the people and motivation, by giving them autonomy, through awareness Training and development. CATD’s main objective is to enhance the skills of youth by providing them with an excellent opportunity to express their concerns and strengths, and to guide them in way that they can develop their self-confidence and self-esteem and beliefs.

Our vision is “Freedom with discipline." This is to revive and enrich communities through the upliftment and transformation of youth. This implies individuals exercising personal responsibility to enjoy moral and social freedoms, whether in the form of expression, action or thought, while maintaining respect for others and acknowledging and appreciating diversity. CATD believe in making a considerable difference in individuals' lives though awareness, Advocacy, training and development

Our mission is to empower people, ensuring their participation in community and also train them in a way that they can make their visions, dreams, and goals real. CATD wants People to become more aware of what makes them unique and discover their infinite potential.

Goal:

Continues Efforts for the Establishment of a Peaceful, Prosperous, Developed and equal Society& Preservation of sustainable social development .self-reliance, prosperity and honoring women through education, training and information dissemination

Objectives:

•  To provide a platform to men and women, empower them and ensure their participation community development.
•  Efforts for the provision of basic health facilities, health, education, nutrition and awareness rising about prevention and control of diseases as good health is the only sign of hope in the life of poor's
•  Poverty reduction through Skill Development and self employment.
•  Improve people life though awareness and advocacy.
•  CATD one Primary objective is to strengthen our institutes of education and cater for our youth studying in schools, colleges, universities and vocational training institutes.
•  Provision of educational facilities and awareness rising in backward communities and Increasing of School Enrollment through community Mobilization.

•  Advocacy for peace, equality and human rights (esp. women and children)
•  To promote peace, prosperity and patriotism.
•  Relief and Rehabilitation efforts in case of natural disasters and accidents.
